What’s NOT Covered:

Typical aspects of backyard play equipment such as natural changes in the wood, peeling, splintering, warping, seasonal checking, knots, or holes are not under warranty.

Any discoloration, fading stain, mold on any wood part or accessory is not included in the warranty.

- "Proof of Purchase" (invoice, sales receipt, copy of email, etc.)
- Pictures of the suspect pieces or parts.
- Pictures of the entire play set from at least (2) different angles
