Return Policy and Credits
As previously mentioned, we make it our goal to provide an extremely satisfactory service. So long as the ordered items are sent back to us within the 30 day window that begins at the ship date, the full sale price (excluding shipping) will be refunded.
Refund Information
Unless the item was marked as having “Free Shipping” when originally purchased the shipping to and from our warehouse will not be reimbursed for a returned item. If it was marked as “Free Shipping” the shipping charges will be deducted, and the full price reimbursed.
Freight Shipment Information – Curbside Delivery & Extra Services
In regards to the actual delivery of large orders such as playsets, these will be shipped via Curbside Shipping. This will involve a tractor/trailer and does not include either assembly or packaging removal. We guarantee a safe and secure delivery to your curbside and will require you to be present to assist with the physical placement of your order. Using the phone number you provided to the freight company, they will schedule your delivery appointment. However, under extraordinary delivery requirements such as, but not limited to, low power lines, narrow lanes, tractor trailer restrictions, etc. additional charges may apply. These fees may also apply if you live in a more remote location.
No additional charges will be required for standard freight services as they are prepaid. However, freight services do offer additional help such as yard delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, additional changes etc. These will options willpossibly accrueadditional charges and will vary from location to location. These typically range from $35.00 to $150.00 and can be purchased directly from the carrier. Please note that any such charges are not covered by Gorilla Playsets. For the best experience, please ask the freight company to notify you 30 to 45 minutes in advance to avoid any unnecessary waiting on your end.
Shipping Policy and Liability for Concealed Damage
If your order arrives damaged or otherwise in an unsuitable condition it is required that you either refuse the delivery or make mention of the damage upon the receipt. If you fail to sign the receipt noting the damage/missing parts, both Gorilla Playsets and the carrier are removed from any liability.
Replacement Parts for Concealed Damage/Defect Freight
An unfortunate part of the shipping process, there will always be a small chance for damages, defects, and missing parts. In such circumstances we guarantee all parts (correct and functioning properly) will be sent to you as soon as possible. Unless the consignee chooses to pay for the difference in expedited shipping, all orders for replacement parts will be shipped via standard ground delivery, regardless of how they were originally shipped.
The only reason an item will not be accepted for return is if it was signed and accepted after being delivered via freight truck. However, if the item has not been opened, used or installed and shipping is paid both ways by the customer, it will be accepted for return. In all other cases you will receive replacement parts for the damaged/missing parts. Just be sure that all receipts and warranties are copied and saved in case they will be required later.
Replacement Shipments for Damaged Orders
If the order arrives in a damaged state and it is refused, then as soon as the original order reaches our warehouse, we will send a new package. To avoid accidental redelivery please cancel the order with one of our customer service team members.
Canceling a Recently Placed Order
The only way to cancel an order is by contacting one of our customer service representatives before it has been processed. If you wait until it has been shipped or if a tracking number has already been applied to it, then it will likely be too late to stop it from being delivered. Therefore, it is highly important that you be sure about both your order and information before attempting to cancel.
Promotional Offers
Occasionally we have promotions on our site that range from discounts, free services, etc. To utilize these promotions they must be acted upon within the specified timeframe or else they offer will not be valid. Also, promotional codes will be available and must be utilizedin order to secure the offer. For every order only one code will be accepted, meaning two codes will never work with the same order.
Limitation of Liability
For any damages, consequential or otherwise, that occur from the use of performance of products or materials from our website, Gorilla Playsets will not be liable. Typographical Errors
If for whatever reason there has been a typographical error on the part of Gorilla Playsets such that an incorrect price was listed, we reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders made under the incorrect pricing. This applies even if credit card charges have already been made. In such a case we will send a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
Any and all parts of the terms and conditions can be made void at any point in time without notifying the consumer by Gorilla Playsets. Also, upon utilizing our website in any way (registration, shopping, etc.) all terms listed will apply.
